- 1 cup baby carrots with 2 T. light ranch dressing
- Light yogurt with 1/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 5 whole wheat melba toast crackers with 3 slices
deli turkey and 1 oz. cheeze
- Celery sticks with 2 T. peanut butter
-Apple Walnut Salad
- 1 c. Steamed broccoli with 1 oz. shredded
cheese melted on top
