Breakfasts
- 2 slices whole wheat bread with 2 T. peanut butter
- 6 oz. light yogurt sprinkled with 1/4 c. Kashi
       GoLean Crunch cereal
- Guiltless Apple Pie Roll
- Egg sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Fruit, yogurt, milk, and ice Smoothie
- 1 whole wheat tortilla with 2 scrambled eggs
      (1 whole, 1 egg white only) and
       1/4 c. salsa

Snacks
- One apple, sliced, with 2 T. peanut butter
- 1 cup baby carrots with 2 T. light ranch dressing
- Light yogurt with 1/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 5 whole wheat melba toast crackers with 3 slices       deli turkey and 1 oz. cheeze
- Celery sticks with 2 T. peanut butter -Apple Walnut Salad
