At Excel Trainers, we have a fitness program that will fit YOU!

We offer a variety of programs to fit any schedule, any budget, and any fitness goals. We offer both individual and small group fitness training.

Small Group Training… Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a six-week program that meets twice a week. In Boot Camp, you will be in a group of 3-5 people that meets in your home, workplace, or at the park. We provide a wide variety of equipment, so no two workouts are ever the same.

In six short weeks of Boot Camp, you can expect the following:
- Body Fat Reduction

- 1-3 Inch Decrease in Waist and Hips

Boot Camp is our most popular program because it’s fun, motivating, and affordable but offers all the benefits of traditional Personal Training, including Health Assessments, Body Measurements, Cardiovascular Training, Flexibility Training, and Strength Training. In addition, you will receive nutrition guidance and analysis.

One-on-One Personal Training
Individual training is also available and can take place at your home or workplace. Program includes body measurments, fitness assessments, and nutrition guidance. We provide all the equipment necessary for a cardiovascular and strength training workout. We will discuss your individual fitness goals and customize a plan that will be sure to help you accomplish them.
