Crispy Chicken


1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies, coarsely crushed
2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dried thyme
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

Makes 5 servings



-Mix the first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Brush the egg onto both sides of the chicken.
Dip chicken into the cereal mixture.
Place chicken on a baking dish.
Spray chicken very lightly with fat free butter spray or non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
